Revolt House of Publishing, an innovative player in the publishing industry, sought to revolutionise their process through a comprehensive digital platform. They engaged deMasters Creative Studio to develop a cutting-edge UI/UX design and development solution aimed at automating the entire publishing workflow, from manuscript review to book launch.

Our challenge was to revolutionise the process for publishing aspiring authors to get their book publish at the most easiest and transparent way possible.
Our goal was to develop a versatile product, Revolt, the platform was designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and user engagement throughout the publishing journey.
PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Approach
deMasters Creative Studio employed modular design with a modular architecture, allowing different features to operate independently. A user-centric interface that was both intuitive and accessible applying agile development and real-time processing.
Discovery
We began with UX research, creating customer journey map to outline functionality and dependencies. Wireframes followed, defining visual and functional requirements and breaking the project into release stages. This gave us a clear project map and work plan.

The primary objective was to create a robust platform that would streamline the publishing process for both authors and editors, offering real-time tracking and management of various stages involved in book production.

Authors get to collaborate with their team members ; Editors, typesetters, and book cover designers in real time and monitor the progress made in the overall publishing journey.
Seamlessly review manuscript
We have made it extremely easy and seamless for our authors to review the work as shared by their team member. Be it reviewing the edited manuscript, book cover, or the typeset file.
Get early feedback from your network
We pride ourselves with this feature. REVOLT’s in-house platform allows authors to invite their friends and family to provide initial feedback on their book before official launch.
