Project Goals
Challenge
Our task was to transform an ambitious initial vision into a sophisticated platform for managing forging lines and estimate cost by integrating all the department including, forging, machining, logistics, subcontracting, outsourcing, packing, costing and even sales.
Our goal was to develop a versatile product, BFL Estimation Tool, that not only meets business needs but also is user friendly and scalable to meet all the diversity across the BFL manufacturing process.
PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Approach
The technical research approach lets us collaboratively define and enhance functionality, test ideas, and refine both the design and performance of the product, ensuring it meets the client’s vision.
Discovery
We began with UX research, creating customer journey map to outline functionality and dependencies. Wireframes followed, defining visual and functional requirements and breaking the project into release stages. This gave us a clear project map and work plan.
PROJECT INTRODUCTION
The client reached out to us with one of their digital transformation initiative in the company. The goal was to bring all the departments together on this platform for automating most of the manual processes.

In the end, the client received a versatile product packed with a range of solutions for configuring integrated manufacturing lines suitable for managing as well as making smart decisions for the CXOs.
